Prices

We hire our bike boxes for a flat rate of £7 a day. Bookings should cover all of the days you intend to hire the box for with collection available from 9am Monday to Saturday. A form of identification is required to complete your booking. Conditions of hire available upon request.

Availability

Bike box hire is always in high demand, especially around key events so we strongly recommend booking in advance. You can check availability and make a booking by contacting our East Sheen shop or our Ealing shop.

Packing Instructions

The boxes are fairly easy to pack and can accommodate pretty much any bike. Bike box alan has an instructional video for help and there are additional instructions on the inside of the boxes. We also offer a packing and unpacking service.

Dimensions

The boxes weigh approximately 11kg. If you are transporting your bike by plane or courier we recommend averaging out the dimensions, which usually results in a cheaper price. Use 80 Height x 90 Long x 30 Thickness.

Ideal for Aero road bikes and TT bikes. Our new rental box is located at our East Sheen shop and is available for hire at £80 per week, then £10 per additional day.
